Bounty United are back top of the Division Two table after a 7-0 convincing win against lowly placed Sherborne St John Reserves.

In the Premier Division the problems continue for the Welly Old Boys Manager Graham Jenkins as his team suffered another very heavy defeat, losing 19-0 to Tadley Calleva A. I signed a few more youngsters he said, but they are not really physically strong enough for this division, however as long as they are keen enough to play, we will soldier on, he concluded. It was six goals this week for Stephen Burgess, five for Kyle Theodore and three for Gary Hibbs, the main scorers.

In Division One DJS Telecoms moves to just two points behind leaders Overton United A following their 10-1 demolition of North Warnborough 2014 with Nick Saunders to the fore this week by scoring five times and Lee Neal came up with his second hat trick of the season. It was Ashley Elward who scored the opening two goals before going off injured, but without him DJS were always on top and the only reply from Borough was at 7-0 when Jason Williams netted a penalty kick.

It was striker Matt Love back amongst the goals again, scoring five to make his tally for the season now at twenty-one. It was full back Phil Case who opened the scoring in the 11th minute from a Craig Williamson pass and it was another Williamson assist that gave Love his first in the 17th. A curling shot from Mitchell Stokes made it 3-0 and two more from Love completed his hat trick. Sherborne squandered a couple of chances through Alex Izzo and Conner Perrin, but Bounty always looked like adding to their tally with Love snapping up his chances, with Stokes always causing problems. Basingstoke Labour Club continues their good season with an unlikely looking 2-1 win against Basingstoke United. Although United hit the post four times during the game, it was Labour who struck first when in the 20th minute a shot by Cameron George hit keeper Jake Sallows and rebounded nicely for the striker to put into the empty net. Dan Southgate had a certain goal cleared off the line and fine saves by Sam White stopped good efforts by Tom Hartley and Ash Pearce as United pressed. It was in the 60th minute when they managed to equalize when a loose ball fell to James Lucas who gave White no chance. With five minutes to play it was Labour who came up with the decider. The shot by George was saved, the rebound fell to Matt Kelly and his shot in off the post proved the winner. Bottom of the table AFC Berg went down again, their sixth league defeat of the season, but their victors Winklebury Wizards remain unbeaten. It was Berg taking a 12th minute lead through Matt Goodman following a long throw. Wizards equalized when a free kick taken by Josh Dickens was headed home by Ben Clarke, but Berg struck again through Kieran Allane following another long throw.
They held the lead until early into the second half when Darren Gilbanks was on he end of a Matt Lowe cross and after this Wizards took over. Clarke gave them the lead from another Dickens corner, Greg Adams and Lowe combined to lay on the chance for Ryan Watts and Scotty Winterbourne made it 5-2 with a spectacular overhead kick. The final goal came from a direct free kick taken by Austin Kelly. It was another win for AFC Aldermaston A who defeated Herriard Sports 5-4. It was Herriard having the better of the game by taking a three goal lead in the opening 27 minutes. Sam Weber with the first from a pass from Adam Nelson, Craig Lewington made it two with a shot in off the bar and Michael Higgs the next after the keeper fumbled his drive. Aldermaston pulled a goal back by the break through Adam Barfoot and Kevin Flain made it 3-2 by half time. Weber netted his second for a 4-2 lead but their defence got caught out when goals from James Tomlinson, Bob Thandi and Jon Rooney saw them steal all three points. Preston Candover were too good for Overton United B, hence the 7-1 win at Berrydown. It was Overton who took the lead through Matt Bonner in the tenth minute, but after Michael Fuller equalized soon after it was Preston on top and by half time two for Kye Buckland and the fourth from Joe Tomlinson made it 4-1. Both Tomlinson and Buckland completed their hat tricks, making it nineteen for Buckland this season.
