The East Riding County FA is looking to recruit a number of coaches for our FA Licensed Girls Player Development Centre (PDC) for the 2014-2015 season.
The Player Development Centre provides one night of high quality additional training and support for talented female players with the aim of bridging the gap between grassroots football and The FA Girls Centre of Excellence Programme.
The 20-week PDC training programme will be held on Monday evenings and will operate at U9s, U11s, U13s and U15s age groups. There will also be between two and four fixtures a season against other PDCs in the North East Region.
They are recruiting for the following positions:
U11s Head Coach
U11s Assistant Coach
U13s Head Coach
U13s Assistant Coach
U15s Head Coach
U15s Assistant Coach
Goalkeeper Coach
All of these positions will require dedicated individuals with experience of coaching young people, a commitment to female player development and a willingness to work as part of a coaching team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum FA Level 2 Certificate in Coaching Football as well as FA Youth Award Modules 1 and 2. Full Person Specifications can be found below.
