COUNTY CUP

Bardon Hill now know who their opposition will be in the Final.
At the 3rd attempt, Anstey Nomads reached the Final after trouncing Aylestone Park on their own patch, 9-0, with the goals coming from Szymon Donnerstag (3), Finley Jones (2), Elliott Harris, Henry Bestwick, Corey Armeni and Callum Chetwynd.

The Final is scheduled to take place on Wednesday 9th January at Holmes Park.

NORTHERN DIVISION

Anstey Nomads had a remarkable week. Their 2nd game of the week saw them bag a 12-0 victory over Allexton & New Parks Hawks with Corey Armeni (4), Freddie Robinson (3), Finley Jones (2), Elliott Harris, Josh Clarke and Lewis Weston all scoring.

Bardon Hill had a 4-0 home victory over Allexton & New Parks with Harvey Cunningham (2), Hans Bhimji Walker and Elliott Butler scoring.

Coalville Town Ravens made the long journey to take on Mansfield Town and it was the latter who secured the points with a 6-1 victory. Ben Sandhu (4), Ryan Hardy and Zack Wakelin on target for the young Stags with Adam Gretton bagging the Ravens consolation.

SOUTHERN DIVISION

A lone Jamie Ward strike was enough for Lutterworth Athletic to secure the points in a 1-0 victory over Friar Lane & Epworth.
Harborough Town had a 4-2 away victory over Leicester Nirvana with Oliver Ashton, Finn Fielding, Oliver Gilbert and Isaac Carter scoring. Nirvanas’ replies coming from Karim Abouraria and Ruddy Mangwa.
Goals from Jordan Baugh (2) and Zak Parkinson saw Lutterworth Athletic Academy to a 3-1 home victory over Oadby Owls whose reply came from Rian Patel.
Blaby & Whetstone ended Aylestone Parks’ 100% start to the season as they inflicted a 2-1 defeat on them with Brandon Beardsmore and Harry Smith scoring. Aylestones’ reply coming from Ellis Haines.
