The weekends results

On Friday a crowd of 294 braved the atrocious weather conditions to see Park Regis Warriors FC claim the Kent Carpets Junior Cup with a 5-0 win over FC Co-op. It would suggest it was a one sided affair but FC Co-op had there chances in the first half and had they taken them it could have been a different scoreline, but two quick early second half goals for the Warriors sealed the game. On Sunday Range Rovers Sports FC completed the incredible quadruple by beating AFC Tigers 2-1 in the Red Lion Senior Cup, two goals late in the first half by Rovers stunned the Tigers but the Tigers responded in the second half and pressurised the Rovers defence and got a goal back, which lead to a nervy 30 minutes but Rovers held on to win the full house of trophies.
