POSTPONEMENT FORM

To be sent by both clubs if for any reason your scheduled league or cup game is postponed.
This form must be emailed to the League Disciplinary Secretary by 7:00pm on the Sunday of the weekend of your scheduled League or League Cup game. You must also text or email notice of your postponement to either the full time web site or Fixtures Secretary respectively. Any team that has a league appointed referee must inform the Referee Secretary and Referee without delay.

Application form for clubs to enter the Mid Wilts Youth & Minor Football League in the 2019/20 season. Return by June 1st 2019.

Player Registrations
Reminder of closing date for player registrations for season 2017/18 is February 28th (U12 - U17/18s). All correctly completed forms should be with relevant Age Group Manager in time to complete process. This includes transfers.
