As per the FA Standard Code of Rules for Youth Football and the Laws of the Game, the ball size used for training and fixtures is dependent on the age group.
Size 5 - U18, U16 and U15
Size 4 - U14, U13, U12 and U11
Size 3 - U10 and U9
