2008-09 Season Age Group clarification

The Under-18 Age Group for next season allows for players in a 3-year age band, u16-u18
As discussed at the Open Meeting in January, the introduction of the Under 18 age band for 2008-09 season allows players who played in the Under 16 division to play in the u18 competition. This is the only age group that allows a 3 year spread of ages. Any player who is 15 or more on 1 Sep 2009 will be eligible.
