FA YOUTH CUP

Anstey Nomads journey in the competition has come to an end after they were defeated 3-2 by Solihull Moors. Ethan Ballantine grabbing both of the Nomads goals.
Aylestone Park had their 3rd away day in the competition travelling to take on West Bridgford and went through 2-0 courtesy of goals from Filip Zmyslony and Cory Holdom. They now face yet another away fixture to take on Cogenhoe United possibly on Thursday 18th October.

NORTHERN DIVISION

Allexton & New Parks had a 8-1 away victory over Allexton & New Parks Hawks with Aeran Johnson (4), Ben Rouse, Robbie Harlow, Joseph Pickering and George Patterson all scoring. Joe Pike with the Hawks consolation.
Heather St Johns’ Development made the short trip to face Coalville Town Ravens and returned home with the 3 points in a 4-0 victory. Theo Nimblette (2), Andreas Articolo and Leighton Storer with the goals.
Gresley made their longest trip to take on Mansfield Town and returned home pointless after suffering a 2-1 reverse. Tyler Barnes and Austin Gann with the goals for Mansfield whilst Brad Walsh replied for Gresley.

SOUTHERN DIVISION

Harborough Towns’ rich vein of form continued as they had a 5-2 home victory over Oadby Owls. Seb Skannavis, Fin Fielding, Oliver Gilbert, Jay Parker and Isaac Carter for Harborough with Oadbys’ replies coming from Alfie Bexon and Rian Patel.
Goals from Oliver Brown and Brad Smith saw Lutterworth Athletic Academy to a 2-0 victory over Saffron Dynamo.
