The AGM will be held on Sunday 12th June at 6.00pm.

Details of the Agenda etc will come out over the next few days and will be posted to all Secretaries however this is early sight of the date. You MUST send a representative (or 2 maximum) to the AGM and I would be grateful if you could begin to line up someone to attend as soon as you are able.

The meeting will be at IBIS Club, Scours Lane, Reading, RG30 6AY. (Where we have held it for the last 2 seasons)

Attached is the League Membership Form for next season 2011/12 which is available to download as a pdf and be completed. A copy will be sent to you in your AGM pack.
