League Application 2018 - 2019

Where possible a fully completed form returned to the League Secretary, Janice Garner, by 14th June 2018 would be appreciated.
A form that includes the age groups the Club expects to enter teams is really helpful for the AGM list of teams given to attendees.
If you are not certain who will be your Treasurer, Chairperson etc. these can be forwarded later.
If you intend to bring the form and pay at the AGM please make the League Secretary aware of this.
Please ensure that your managers are aware of the Rules regarding new kits:

9. (A) Every Club must register the colour of its shirts and shorts with the Secretary by 1 July who shall decide as to their suitability.
Goalkeepers must wear colours which distinguish them from other Players and the Match Officials.
No Player, including the goalkeeper, shall be permitted to wear black or very dark shirts.
