Forms MUST be received on time

Stand-downs forms MUST be received by Sheila Scott at least 7 (or 28) days prior to the date required, depending on which option is required. Any forms received at shorter notice than this will be discussed at the following Management Committee meeting with the likely outcome being that games will be awarded to the opposition. It is also worth emailing Sheila (and juniorfixtures@aol.com) at the same time of posting to cover yourselves in the event of postal delays.
