Havant & Waterlooville Under 16 have withdrawn from the A Division.
To aid their re-developement and to ensure they continue with their football, it has been agreed that they shall be given fixtures against sides in the B Division for the rest of the season. Results will be recorded but will have no bearing on the standings in the B Div. The table will show a points deduction which is purly there to show H & W's status as a developement team.
