I hope you've all enjoyed the Summer Holiday break.
This season the next Monthly U7-U9 H&DJGFL Girls Football Gala is just over 3 weeks away now & is to be hosted by Scotton Scorchers JFC "on Grass" at :

Percy Field, Low Moor Lane, Lingerfield, Scotton. Nearest postcode HG59JB (but not always accurate) Opposite Village School
To which you are invited to enter teams of U7 thro to U9 girls..

As usual, If you don't have a full team, especially the younger age groups, please do not let that put you off. As we will group small teams & individuals together to enter & enjoy the event.
To those that have not entered before please see some info on the running of the Galas attached.
We are always looking to improve these Galas & welcome your feedback.
The Galas are all about fun & attracting girls into football & we are really looking to attract more entries for our younger age groups at U7/8/9 this time. Where we can provide games, coaching  &/or fun sessions, depending on numbers.

IMPORTANT: Please Include:-
- Squads you would like to enter eg U7, U8, U9
  -The ability & make up of your squad (i.e. new development squad, established squad or i.e. U9s made up of 2x U9s & 4xU8s)
  -Number of players (approximately)
  -Lead coach/gala contact (Mobile is best)
   Confirmation of CRC (police check)
   Confirmation of qualified emergency aid
   Confirmation that you will provide a ref if required.
I'd be very grateful if teams will confirm their attendance asap including all the details above. 
The galas are working really well but last minute requests to play and last minute withdrawals just create lots of work and potentially undermine everyone's enjoyment.
CUT OFF DATE FOR ENTRIES IS COP MONDAY 30th SEPTEMBER 2019 - BUT PLEASE REGISTER YOUR INTEREST ASAP!!
