H&DJGFL AGM at 7.00pm Tuesday 16th June 2020 webinar by MS Teams (aided by the WRCFA)

Please would all H&DJGFL affiliated Clubs attend this very important AGM webinar date - so that hopefully every Club will be in attendance & a discussion on this season & next season can take place.

The AGM is compulsory for affiliated clubs & non-attendance will result in a Club fine of £25.00 according to the current LMC Rules fines tariff.

It would be good to see all managers if possible, but we certainly would expect one representative from each Club to be in attendance at the meeting:

Tuesday 16th June 2020 - 7.00pm onwards by MS Teams webinar (aided by the WRCFA).


The email contains all the relevant paperwork for the proceedings for your attention so please print it off ready to use on the night.



I will send out a separate email from Lee Maran at the WRCFA to advise every one of the link to our AGM webinar after this email - so please keep a look out for this email as well as having the hardware ready to download the MS Teams.
