Summary:
8m
A player shall not be eligible to play in any special championship, promotion or relegation deciding match (as specified in Rule 12a) unless the player has played in eight games for that team in this competition in the current season.

8n
A player who has played for his club team in a higher division sixteen times or more, shall not, in that season, be eligible to play for his club team in a lower division.
