4. Treasurer’s Annual Report and Statement of Accounts.

5. Auditor’s Report and Adoption of Statement of Accounts.

6. Appointment of Auditors.

7. Social Fund Annual Report.

8. Resignation of clubs

9. Election/Acceptance of clubs/teams.

10. Constitution of the League for the ensuing season and League Cups.

11. Election of Officers and Management Committee, Life Members (where applicable).
12. Alteration to Rules.

13. Fix dates for the commencement of the playing season and kick off times applicable to the playing season.
