Use the FA Matchday App

Match Reports are to be submitted via the Matchday App.

Managers/Coaches will only be able to submit reports if they are registered as a Coach/Manager for the Team in Club Portal.

Managers/Coaches should watch this webinar as training; If they are already familiar with the App, I would suggest watching from 27 mins onwards which goes into detail how to use the App and submit Reports. It maybe slightly out of date considering it was published in 2022.

If they have any issues with the App, then they will need to submit a ticket to the FA here and notify your Club Secretary

From experience, the first weekend and throughout the Season the App crashes or is unavailable, we would suggest trying again later and submitting the report when it’s back on line. If by the following 24/48 hours the App is still un-useable, submit a Report using the League Match Report Form.

Failure to submit a Match Report within 7 days of the match will lead to a League Fine being levied of £5 (League Rules 21 (A) & 21 (C)).
